how could i get lil wayne to perform at my 16th birthday party?

How could i get lil wayne to perform at my 16th birthday party?
so im turning 16 and i wanted to know if little wayne could perform @ my party how do i get a hold of him? help!
id b AMAZINGGGGG if i got him to go!
i<3him hes the best.

i dont see the point of having a party at all unless its over the top.
so this woud help EXTREMELY to even make the party happen!
