    When someone gets a tear tattooed on their face it means that they've killed someone. each tattoo represents one person. Some people who get them usually are lying but idk wayne looks vicious... ?

    The tears mean that he lost somebody close to him, each tear stands for one person. I know one is for his "father" Rabbit, not sure about the other two

    its actually to show masculinity. that they are too "man", and they never break tears, so they must get some tattoed. (not joking, the game admitted to this on a interview with 60 minutes)

    i know that if you have tear tattoos it stands for deaths in gangs.he has 3 all together so he killed or lost 3 people.2 under his right eye, meaning two people he knew died in a gang fight or something gang related.1 under his left eye, meaning he has killed one, i don't know what else you wonder you can ask id you want.
