Should a 13 year old be able to go to a Lil Wayne concert?

Should a 13 year old be able to go to a Lil Wayne concert?
well i haven't really been to a concert like Lil Wayne but what is it like? Sitting down or standing up the whole time?

Are 13 year olds even allowed to be at his concert?
Because i really like him alooooooot & i want to go to one although i don't think he's having one. But anythime soon he does i really want to go!

    eh, as much a i love lil wayne (which i do), i don't think that a 13 year old should be allowed to go. there's a lot of crap that people do there, and it's better to stay out of that scene until you can handle it

    Eh, I don't think 13 year olds should be allowed at his concerts. 16 and over sounds better to me.If you actually do go though, have fun.
