What is the best lil wayne mixtape to listen to?
dont give me that oh lil wayne is the best listen to all of them but what is one or two of the top thats reallly worth and HAS to be listened to ?

i heard hottest ***** under the sun is good ?

    My absolute favorite is The Drought is Over. It has a mixture of some of Wayne's new style and his older style. I love this one, but all are great!
