    promethazine... when I lived in Houston they used to mix it with sprite. It makes you nod off like heroin.

    its called "sizzurp" and/or "purple drank"....it has promethazine and codeine in it.....traditionally (to make it true sizzurp) you have to drink it with sprite, and a purple jolly rancher (purple because it has a pinkish/purplish color to the syrup itself) in a styrofoam cup....and sadly for lil wayne....hes addicted to it....
