Which NBA analyst says the first part of Lil Wayne's song Kobe Bryant?
Near the start of Lil Wayne's song Kobe Bryant, an NBA analyst says something like "He is the most complete basketball player in the game today, bar none. He has an assassin's mentality..."

Does anyone know who says this? And does anyone have a youtube video of where he actually says this?
