How does lil wayne make his voice sound so crazy you ask?
Lil wayne makes his voice sounds so good by drinking acid. I know you may think that is so stupid and all lies but he has admitted it. When he drinks the acid it makes his voice box go numb so when he sings it comes out like techno(ish)
