Is Drake working with Cash Money Records company with lil wayne?

Is Drake working with Cash Money Records company with lil wayne?
I thought he was going with lil waynes company. is that why he has been in most of the songs with wayne?

    well he's with Young Money and thats Lil Wayne's group...so i would imagine he's signed to Cash Money Records
