Is this a useful way of preveting the getting of sued by Lil Wayne?
iighht.not just lil wayne any one..can i just shout out the name of the artist if i use their instrumental on my mixtape

    That won't prevent you from being sued. But most likely they won't hear your mixtape, or if they do, they won't care that you are using their instrumental.Lil Wayne is already being sued by enough different people as it is, he probably doesn't want to start another lawsuit.
