What lil wayne song is better than Jay Z's Dead Presidents?
I already heard all of lil wayne's albums and mixtapes and he's failed to demonstrate a superior lyrical ability or anything that would qualify him as one of the best rappers ever. Actualy, he is very far away from that.

    If you're judging by his lyrical ability then sure but he's a southern rapper, he's more about the flow and how it sounds good rather then having good poetry or something in his songs.
